Inside Pillar Hall

Pillar Hall is a Grade II listed Olympia landmark for restaurants, bars and entertainment - home to the Modern British Idalia, the jazz-and-rock-soaked Pepperbird speakeasy, and Upstairs at Pillar Hall for live music and private events.

A grand, elegantly lit banquet hall decorated with white drapes and ornate columns, featuring round tables set for an event and a small stage at the front, surrounded by lush greenery and floral arrangements.

Upstairs at Pillar Hall:
dining, events and live music

Coming soon! Upstairs at Pillar Hall is a striking double-height space with a spectacular mezzanine. Available for private events, it will also open as a restaurant with live music on Fridays and at weekends. Once home to one of the UK’s first cinemas and Vivienne Westwood’s debut catwalk show, the room has history!

A wine glass filled with clear liquid and a lemon, with splash droplets in midair, stands on a reflective black surface in front of gold-green draped curtains.

For those who know

Tucked beneath Pillar Hall, Pepperbird is a speakeasy inspired by Olympia’s jazz and rock heyday of the 60s and 70s.
