We’ve partnered with Charles Heidsieck to present a wine dinner at Idalia on Tuesday 16th June, celebrating a selection of their cuvées. Join us in the restaurant, where guests will be hosted by Charles Heidsieck and guided through each Champagne, with stories shared behind every cuvée. Executive Chef Samantha Williams has created a seasonal menu designed to be perfectly paired with each cuvée. The evening begins with Brut Réserve alongside canapés. Blanc de Blancs follows with crab salad, mango, chilli, ginger, coriander and shaved coconut, before Vintage 2018 is paired with miso black cod, bok choi and spring onion. The evening concludes with Blanc des Millénaires alongside a selection of cheeses. 6.30pm |£90 per person
