Idalia is delighted to welcome its sister restaurant, Jang, from The Royal Exchange in the City, for a special one-day sushi pop-up on 19th August.
Celebrating the artistry and precision of Japanese cuisine, Jang brings its signature approach to sushi to Idalia, showcasing expertly crafted nigiri, sashimi and flavourful maki rolls, all prepared by Head Chef Dana Choi. .
For one day only, guests at Idalia will have the chance to experience a selection of Jang’s signature sushi creations while celebrating the best of Japanese cuisine at Olympia.
Available for lunch and dinner on Wednesday 19th August.
