Idalia
The heart of Pillar Hall will be the all-day restaurant and bar Idalia, set on the building's ground floor. Idalia’s dramatic interior will be made up of a conservatory and terrace leading to a bar and then a grand restaurant.
Open from breakfast to dinner, via afternoon tea and evening cocktails, Idalia's menus (overseen by acclaimed chefs Executive Chef Samantha Williams (ex Angela Hartnett and Jeremy King) and Executive Pastry Chef Lorena Tommasi (ex Caprice Holdings and Claude Bosi) will be British at their core, celebrating the country’s best suppliers including English wineries, but will also feature global influences reflecting the nation and its cuisine today.
Pepperbird
Tucked beneath Pillar Hall, Pepperbird is Idalia’s cheeky alter-ego: an atmospheric speakeasy, with bartenders who will mix both classic cocktails, as well as their own creations nodding to the rich fashionable and cultural history of Olympia.
There will be a regular schedule of live music performances with the occasional great, and perhaps soon-to-be-great musician dropping in to do a set!
Upstairs at Pillar Hall
Perhaps the most spectacular space of all will be Upstairs at Pillar Hall: a double-height space with a mezzanine overlooking the main dining and entertainment area below, Upstairs at Pillar Hall will be available for both corporate and private events during the week and also be open to the public as a restaurant with live music from Friday night throughout the weekend.
